These teachings are integral to the view of the alchemic transformations within the body and mind that lead to immortality. The emphasis in this retreat will be on practice and Eva’s teachings will include:<br /><br />Quanzhen sitting meditation<br /><br />Xiantianwujimen qigong<br />Eva is the 19th generation carrier of these teachings which come from the <br />tradition of the hermit Chen Xiyi. She will be teaching them here in the UK for the first time.<br /><br />Zhangzhuan standing meditation/qigong<br />Eva has received direct transmission of these teachings and is a 3rd generation <br />holder of the Zhangzhuan (standing meditation) of master Wang Xianzhai<br /><br />Then I'm off to Florida to meet up again with Di Guoyong, my Xingyiquan teacher for, what I'm sure will be, an intense and rewarding couple of weeks.<br /><br />I'm back on the 6th.
